A podcast to explore the future of our economy through the prism of jobs.

Our mission is to help people understand and discover the exciting roles being created by business leaders entrepreneurs and how they are shaping the future of work.

The show is hosted by Jimmy McLoughlin OBE, a former special advisor to the Prime Minister on business, technology and entrepreneurship.

This blend of politics and business allows the podcast to explore the stories of the world’s most exciting minds; with a focus on where they are going as much as where they have come from.

During his 3 years at No.10, Jimmy was speaking to some of the world’s biggest entrepreneurs. His role was to brief the Prime Minister on what he thought was happening to the economy and where the jobs of the future were coming from.

This podcast serves as a way to democratise these conversations and inspire people about jobs of the future.

In the 18 months since we started, this podcast has seen tremendous growth. We’ve gone from recording in my bedroom to studios and have now recorded episodes with some of the biggest names in the business world like the Chancellor of the Exchequer and the Governor of the Bank of England.

We are now ranked in the top 0.5% of global podcasts and have charted #1 in Apple’s career podcasts.

For those who want to know the full story- we did what we do best and made a podcast about it. Check out our 1-year anniversary special below.

Speaking

I have been told I am a pretty accomplished speaker- it comes from years of political practice and enjoying the sound of my own voice.

I have spoken to 2,500 Institute of Director delegates at the Royal Albert Hall and addressed 3,000 farmers at the Symphony Hall in Birmingham- experiences neither they nor I will be forgetting in a hurry.

In addition, I hosted the Conservative Party leadership hustings, with Liz Truss and Rishi Sunak.

More and more companies are looking for an edge when it comes to hosting events for clients and prospects, having one of the country’s top podcast hosts provides that edge.

I have also gone and spoken to schools about the future of work and my time in politics.
